Tera-Storage Repair Services for Rimage Producer and Printers
As Rimage certified technicians we can offer you quick and excellent repair services of Rimage Producer equipment and printers.
Upgrade Rimage Producer Systems and Printers
Rimage Producer and Printers can be upgraded by our Rimage Certified Technicians. Because each case is unique, please call us to discuss your upgrade or rapair needs.
Standard Warranty is Factory Depot Repair under a normal 15-day average repair and return schedule. Loaner systems are available. All our technicians are Rimage certified.
Depot-Repair Services

Customer contacts Tera-Storage with problem (512-773-8372 or 512-280-9245).

Customer sends unit to Tera-Storage for repair - normal repair averages about 5 days.

Customer is notified by Tera-Storage of the problems found and estimate cost of fixing thier unit.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Tera-Storage.
On-Site Services
Rimage Producer and Printer repair services supported on-site estimates include all parts (excluding printhead), labor and travel expenses. Because each case is unique, please call us to discuss pricing.
